Pete Wilkins was introduced to woodturning because of his brother-in-law's death. Pete inherited the lathe and tools from his brother-in-law Abe Harper, a noted turner in Berea, KY. The lathe used is a homemade lathe which Abe built. Pete has been turning since July 2002.

Ambrosia Maple bowl - 6".

Cherry bowl roughed by Abe Harper in April 2000, completed by Pete Wilkins in July 2002, Pete's first project - 11".

Cherry weed pot.

Purple Heart platter - 12".
